The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employees rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 14 - 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Salary, Appraisal, Politics, Growth opportunities, Transportation, Sexism and work ethics. HR team is incapable of enforcing any rules/doesn't follow procedures and only does as per operations team.

I have worked as a agent there the only problem I feel is the working hours for a agent is quite not acceptable i agree that 8-9 hrs are the general hours to work but it's is not acceptable as the agent need to take the customers call continuously for 8 hours it is not good no one should talk continuously for 8 hours straight as the calls are coming continue without the break of 5 seconds the hourse should be decreased upto 5 to 6 hours only if they are not letting u take a gap of one minute after one call I feel I really enjoyed working there and my performance was too good i didn't wanted to leave the job But this is the reason I left and my other batch mates also left it for the same reason

If you're hard-working. It won't work there. Managers need followers who smoke with them and discuss chit-chat. They keep on burdening you with work & night shifts unless you say no. No appraisal, no matter of your hardwork Manager isn't aware how you work even when your assistant manager is appreciating 😅😅

1. Work from home option available when need be.

...ll levels 4. Long working HRS. 5.No Paternity Benefits or Maternity benefits. 6. No Perks and benefits, what ever an employee gets is just salary. 7. No appraisal for agents level population only lead and above. 8. Max appraisals hike for top rating varies from 3~6% PA only . 9. No Infrastructure or reimbursement provided in WFM model. 10. No Transportation for associate or at any level. 11. Cafeteria and food needs major Revamp. 12. Unclean Washrooms feels like public toilet. 13. Leadership lacks vision and goals to drive their people towards achieving it. 14. Dynamic changes take place without discussions and heads-up however expected to drive it without proper guidance or glidepath to drive the changes. 15. Very High Agent level salary deductions happen due to short login HRs which is captured incorrectly by system. 16. Agent OTs and dues delayed due to long payout process. 17. Quite Outdated processes and systems in place for employees including HR Portals.
