Each and every person, Team lead, manager everyone is fake . No support, no salary growth after 6 years of working also, most worst company which destroy everyone's career

I am gonna tell you the truth nothing is good about working in startek all t.l and upper management is worse

All the things not happy with salary they don't provide any salary increment and no off even when your in no condition to come to office if your not able to come then they will not Mark your lp or cl they just cut the salary

Nothing they are vary partial never give pramotion to genuine ones So fake all team leaders and managers are very bad never give leave when employees are sick .No incrementation in salary

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of few years before which you cannot resighn. On the job training is not given to new joinees. There are no support any way and again joining opportunity is not given.salary is so poor

First sign of trouble and the company dumps all the employees .zero job security and zero respect. terrible experience

...eport to duty whenever called upon. we were not given any further clarification. Had to stay away from home without pay or a job for 3 months due to their negligence and all the while not one hr was contactable
