Colleagues are supportive. No salary issue. I have worked here work from home as CSA. Company policies are very poor they can change anything with immediate effect. Once I have faced that my laptop has Motherboard issue the management denied to provide me the system even other people have the though they didn't give me the system hence, in the end I have to leave the job.

Job security - Excellent

salary and career growth is very low. Management including process HR is not supportive. Company policy are not fair and can be changed with immediate effect.

Worst Company.

Dislikes

They marked me absent for 11 days without any reason while I was present for those 11 days and also salary was deducted. The TL promised to give the salary back but no salary was credited after . They make fake promises. No bonus for overtime. they make the employees work like labours but do not pay the promised salary.
