Poor management....... If someone is looking for growth please do not join this company... They don't give any hike in salary you have to give ijp to get promoted and after that only salary will increase but after filling for ijp you will never get a call back so it's useless

Worst company...no one is supportive... operation manager is unprofessional he himself is not coming to office and expecting his team to come to office... assistant manager does romance on floor...overall environment is non professional
