Only things that I liked was timely salary that too only for Support Staffs.

Dislikes

No Work life balance. Specially for those who were/are doing WFH. Management should work towards people Management. Monotonous Work Culture.

It's a wonderful job because this is my first job and they gave me a opportunity to work... And for all employees it's good to work hear.. am also happy to work and also my colleagues come from various different backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re - hire policy here

One thing I have to tell work pressure because some times I work 12 hours .. and also about salary because for IJP rolled out employees salary will can't be change

Salary on time Some of the work staff you will get as supportive staff otherwise not

They will tell about gender equality bt at last they will only listen to girl side if you don't have any strong backup aur proof you will be out Promotion will be given only to the favorite ones If you want to grow here so you have to be in good books and it is almost 90% over here

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

Salary - system issue, salary deducted Team leader - 3rd grade behaving like park circus chappri Floor Manager - any issue pressurized for resignation If any body died in ur family they did not give you leave. Office cultural - very bad...
