Good work environment and culture. Teammates are also supportive. There is a good cafeteria for lunch and company policies are good but about career growth opportunity is nil.

...er,,,There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary is provided on time. My team is very supportive. But when it comes to hygiene that needs to maintained during such times need to improve.

No incentives. No proper services. Please provide good tools to help the staff maintain hygiene during the pandemic.

They will tell about gender equality bt at last they will only listen to girl side if you don't have any strong backup aur proof you will be out Promotion will be given only to the favorite ones If you want to grow here so you have to be in good books and it is almost 90% over here

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.
