Compared to other domestic BPO companies this is the best because it not only gives you a better salary package bt also provides cab facilities, both to and fro and gives you two days week off also.

Well every company does put some pressures on the employees so there are too many parameters on which you need to work and at the same time handling the irritating and complaining customers for the whole time with nothing to learn.

There is no salary increment no promotion if you get promoted there will be no hike in salaries shift timings are worst and everyday they are making changes in process which makes working really frustrating
