... people can learn and gain knowledge, because all the staff are very supportive. They give good training for fresher with good salary package, for experience also they give good salary package. Here their is safety for girls, both way cab is provided, No partially NO politics, good environment, fun Friday, all festival celebration . Its a one of the best company to work without pressure. Waste of time and there huge disconnect between the HR department and management.

**Disappointing Interview Experience** I recently applied for a position for US patient calling based on the job description (JD) provided by the HR team. The JD clearly stated that a minimum of 2-6 years of international experience in the healthcare domain was required, along with either diploma or graduation as the qualification criteria. Trusting this information, I proceeded with the application process and successfully cleared the first two rounds of interviews. However, my experience took a negative turn during the final round of the interview with Kiran Patel, the hiring manager was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. He continuously made negative and derogatory remarks about my profile directly to my face. He dismissed my international experience as irrelevant to the healthcare domain, which was contradictory to the JD provided by the HR team. Mr. Patel appeared to be looking for candidates with medical billing experience specifically, something that was not mentioned in the original job posting. Despite my efforts to explain and highlight my qualifications and relevant experience, he was unresponsive and outright dismissive, making the entire process highly demoralizing. This discrepancy between the job description provided by HR and the expectations set by the hiring manager points to a clear disconnect within the company's recruitment process. Either the HR team failed to communicate the correct requirements to the hiring manager, or they were misrepresenting the position's criteria to potential candidates. The entire experience was frustrating and a waste of my time and effort, including the commute from BTM to ITPL, only to be met with such unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise potential candidates to exercise caution before applying, especially if Mr. Kiran Patel is scheduled to conduct the interview.

Micromanagement especially by Anil Nalawade. The management itself will not know what they want. They just tell something in vague and expect you to fulfil it. Like they want you to interpret their dreams and tell what dream they have got.

From scratch learnt many things.

Dislikes

Not even a single department has work process and no work culture. Have to work for whole 8 hours without considering any breaks. No encouragement for hardworking employees. Mental pressure at its peak.

Starmark will help you learn and they will encourage you to learn new technologies

Dislikes

They will make you available for 24x7 and they make you work even in nights. Lot of partiality. They give preference to their relatives first in appraisals. I suggest you to not to join reports team and professional engineer team and Tim and Anil nalawade team
