Workshop incharge are no quality how maneg any problem.. Any problem solving workar tn manager talk customer i am solv etc... Or management system is a very poor.

The worst company. The HR is disgusting. All the stuff is good the management is too bad to think. Worst HR I have ever seen.

Dislikes

Work pressure is good. But the management is topically bad. Mostly the HR is disgusting.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
