While I appreciate the learning opportunities and experience I’ve gained at Starbucks, I feel that the salary growth and career progression are quite slow. Despite working hard and taking on responsibilities, the promotion process takes time, which affects motivation. Company has become more focused on Store Management Trainee's who are externally hired because of their IHM degree who are not even pass in their subjects and they get outlets to handle beside having an ASM sitting on bench with culture experience and diversified performance. They have become less employee (partner) oriented after Lockdown is over. Their only focus is on expanding and cost cutting. It doesn't effect them that their employees are getting drained in this process.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
