This Company Has hidden Things like Low Basic Salary, over all Annual Increment Between Rs.700 - Rs.1200 only, in Low Salary They Expect More Work From Person & All of things are there before Joining This Company Must check the salary document, this is my Advise Because I Worked in same company for 5+ years.

there no job security, all upper level management doing an politics so don't join this company.

I like starbucks culture and it's good place for development also my district manager and ROM have awesome nature I like this they are always guiding me and every so that we are improving store performance and our development.

Every thing is good but I think we also give to diwali bonus for staff so that every employee feeling happy

5 Day working culture and on time Salary Payments. Organised work policies and audits.

Company has become more focused on Store Management Trainee's who are externally hired because of their IHM degree who are not even pass in their subjects and they get outlets to handle beside having an ASM sitting on bench with culture experience and diversified performance. They have become less employee (partner) oriented after Lockdown is over. Their only focus is on expanding and cost cutting. It doesn't effect them that their employees are getting drained in this process.

Benefits are good as we have perks of Starbucks and some perks of tata as well but salary with internal promotion is average
