Very poor work culture because of owner controlled company, not partnership based or board based company. Owner runs his/her own sales call. Vice President and other top posts runs individually. No one cares whats happening in team and region. No medical insurance and other benefits. TA they give as per cheating norms not exact kms you are travelling. Basically a broker company. 80% work they do with vendors. And keep margins on vendors cost. They doesn't have any idea of region based business. They mix products like anything. No specialized person for product sale. Everybody running to complete his own target. No career growth. No income opportunity. No proper hierarchy.

Everything. Not an organization. They are brokers. No vision as a team. Runs as an individual.
