Too much pressure on employee for sale branches and staff will not support at banks seniors call u again and again call u to far away on saturday meeting. Always take strict reviews not good plans comapny having. Some policies regarding transfer wherein our salary did not get revised only we got add on allowances. However revisions of salary will be crucial as it will help us with our personal growth and also help us earn more bonus.
