They did not support me in covid-19 lockdown in respect of that they fired me from the company

Dislikes

They didn't treat their employee's well and didn't described their proper profile during the interview and also they hire the candidate at the same salary which he taking from the previous company and said if they statisfy thier senior by his performance than he gain the increment after the three months.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this.
