I am not satisfied regarding salary or rules made by the company. Properly not in favour of employee. Hidune deduction which is not disclosed at the time of interview. That is why i left star India construction pvt ltd. On 23rd of July.

While working at Star India Construction is generally a positive experience, there are few challenges that I've noticed, like: 1. Lack of clear communication across departments. 2. Decision making process is bit slow 3. No regular and structure training and development opportunities for employees 4. Limited growth opportunity 5. High work load pressure

My experience is very poor and i am personally not suggest no joining in this company. Worst liers all are senior and management.

This company environment is very bad. And HR departments is like chamcha and politics minded.

It is a construction company so there are different employees came from different places so their language how they talk it was not like a professionals.
