Most third class company in India...no office hours maintained.... Once in a month one Sunday office open...... most of the day working 10am to 10pm or 10 am to 12 pm but actual office time 10 am to 6pm...

Employee login business regularly then no one can interrupt and ask questions.

...upport. Senior employee are deciding the rule and norms to run the organisation. No salary increments no leaves , even work on holidays.

I'm working in star health for 2years there are two department which I work is Agency care cell & Ace vertical(sales department they talk with agents & get business for activation). Food accommodation, incentive, bonus, birthday amount is fine.

Dislikes

Starting fresher salary is 15k no promotion, less hike in salary, target to achieve.
