...y sales oriented they don't give at least 3 to 4 months to employees to perform. They say we will pay half salary if the sales is not done but they don't even do that. Highly non recommendable organization pathetic!!

Noting to like about this company sirf bolbachan hai they don't even have office incentive you get once when you join them koi na koi bahana hoga to release it in HR and management doesn't know inhand salary ka matalab.They would deduct taxes from any time without informing. Salary will be on hold for without reason. This what I like about this company.

Timing : Here I specially like to thank Abhay Sir and Vijay Jain sir to understand my problem and never forced me about it. 6. HR: Thank you Superv Sir for all the support and mentorship during the time of enrollment as well as the time of relieving. You are a hero. 7. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
