Friendly nature for work, flexible timing, job security is there, salary is on time, lastly all about company is that is good to keep work life balance, I also love that employee re-hire facility is there.

The Work culture is Good. Top management is Good but Middle management is below average.

Contractors are very Rude. If you have a legal concern also they will not provide you the assistance or Leave etc.

Poor Leadership, daily wards from management for throwing out from company or finding replacement. No leadership at all. No Bom match and too much pressure for Purchase.
