Poor Leadership, daily wards from management for throwing out from company or finding replacement. No leadership at all. No Bom match and too much pressure for Purchase.

No job security, work culture zero, No liking points expect , chairman behaviour very good , he understands the employees pain and issues .but other level people's not shown clear picture to management.

Lot of politics by the old employees , they are not following any process and creating unnecessary pressure to others , no control over system No focus on manufacturing.and business goals
