Promotion are moderate, 5-7% yearly.

...ers though, but in terms of learning their are hardly and module based learning. 2nd Saturday working, and if you work some more hours there is no compensation. Office Infra are old fashioned, table tennis rackets are not replaced, no proper way of atleast team bonding.

Job time it's not good, company not balance in life and job... And salary not satisfied with over job times...

The company is not supporting after resignation the higher authorities like manager,hr not supporting about salary . The team leaders and manager are seeing partiality about employee's working.

It was good working with my team and I learnt many things professionally from my superiors and also with team.I enjoyed a lot working with Trent Hypermarket private limited.Star is always star.I Definitely missing my lovely team.
