One of the worst company worked for. No job security and they will fire people as like that even u r CITY HEAD. And do all torture if you ask for increment. 24*7 work culture and continuous calls even at midnight irrespective of position u r. If married print a copy of divorce paper at the time of joining itslf. Managers? who doesn't care to go down for their benefits. They treat employees really good Not recommended to join this company.

Only salary they are providing is good rest are are terriable.

No work life balance, Not a employee oriented company, no proper HR policy as employess need to work for more than 12hours and the management is always pointing ground team for putting every blame, the company culture is very bad as there is no job security.

poor work culture salary unsatisfied politics happening on a workplace to grow you've to be liked by your manager if the reporting manager doesn't like you'll get fired nobody sees your hardwork after completion of 1 year also they don't provide exp certificates.

...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months
