Company believes in Hire & Fire , they don't believe in educating team of somewhere is required they believe in replacing the person, and they have too talented people who measuring productivity in the coving situation, where all the market was closed nothing was moving but they are measuring Procurement team performance, and when they realised that coving will go long then they instructed HR to ask resignation from newly join staff in HO, they spoiled my 15 years of career.

Good thing is that company is able to convinced investors to invest in their company and they are paying good salary to their higher level staff who are enjoying rest middle level staff they are harassing people. You can speak to all the people who worked there what they got , all just regrating like me that that was a mistake when we choose Stanza as a future and left their core company.

...were common. Employees often felt undervalued and disrespected by management. 3. No Appraisals: Despite hard work and dedication, there were no performance-based appraisals or salary hikes. This lack of recognition severely affected morale and motivation. 4. No Incentives Post Target Completion: Even after achieving or surpassing targets, employees were not rewarded with promised incentives. This practice made employees feel unappreciated and discouraged further effort. 5. No Work-Life Balance: The company had unrealistic expectations and long working hours, leaving no time for personal life. Employees were often overburdened, leading to burnout and mental stress. 6. Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees. This issue eroded trust and further highlighted the company’s mismanagement. Overall Impression: The job lacked basic employee support, with a focus on profits over people. The issues with job security, toxic environment, and lack of timely compensation made it a challenging and unpleasant experience for employees.
