Nothing is likes as they all are very unprofessional and specially directors and senior managers behaving very bad and crucial with womens once they get fired and asking for spending quality time with them for saving her jobs.

Company is fake and their directors has no vision. They are only interested in doing hirings and then firing of tje employees. No professional behaviours and main thing is very Faltu HR department i have ever seen. They releasing employees on same day and then not providing required documents and also not providing discussed full and final settlement amount on time. Once employee fired in layoff company never cares about the employee even they died. I suggesting to all never join this company as they will burst your career. I worked with tech and product - so the vibe and the team are definitely good. People have strong pedigree and generally all are super smart and from elite pedigree - so obviously it is challenging work and rewarding. I did learn great things and work-wise - I enjoyed whatever I have done and probably even learned some stuff.

Worst management that I have ever worked with. They are smart people but completely lack empathy and respect for people. I had the most toxic manager that I ever worked with (his name is Gaurav Agarwal and currently he is AVP at Spinny - unfortunately such people do get promoted and that is a reality of this world) and his behaviour was encouraged by the overall team. Everyone had that typical ego and dilliwala NCR-ish brash culture that is super off-putting and very vomit inducing. They are solving a good problem and the founders are well connected to raise massive funding - so this could've been a great company but alas they're lost in their own delusions of grandeur....Read More

Initially when I joined Stanza living it was in good hands the management on the ground was good and supported us with everything for 2 years. Later on the company started to make changes because people started asking appraisals and promotions. At this point the management showed their true colour and left us hanging by just saying that we will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months...Read More
