I started my career with Stanza Living and it was thoroughly a great experience working at Stanza. Work culture and office environment was friendly and collaborative, fostering a strong sense of team work. Management team was supportive and approachable. Company had a well structured training program that allows employees to upskill and stay updated with the latest processes and technologies.

Nothing to be like about Stanza Living, disgusting work life. Getting tortured and manager.

Dislikes

Work life is not balanced. Salary, appraisal issue. There is no working hour described. We were working day night continuously. Very strict. Don't prefer anyone for job over here at Stanza Living. All over experience is disgusting.

This practice made employees feel unappreciated and discouraged further effort. 5. No Work-Life Balance: The company had unrealistic expectations and long working hours, leaving no time for personal life. Employees were often overburdened, leading to burnout and mental stress. 6. Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. ...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

Salary & you can stay in any property for free

Dislikes

A lot 1. Politics 2.Culture 3.Time management 4.Work life balance They ask the customers not to smoke or consume alcohol in their property but their employees do that. They even smoke joints & take drugs inside the property. They retain their favourites and lay off others even if you perform well. They judge you within 2 months and send you our immediately without giving second chance
