There is the very low salary of all Engineer and salary not according to company policy and salary of junior large and senior salary is less, it's very affected on work of senior, and no growth, and no any senior Listen related to salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow.

... not responding your mail until and unless you involve global team in your mail. If you want salary then join this company and if you want MNC culture then avoid joining East Zone i.e. Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and North East. Anil agarwal will put you in front of management to face yourself. I handled team and I faced the management and Mr ANIL AGARWAL on behalf of my team. to achieve number you need to support your junior but Mr ANIL AGARWAL only send WhatsApp message. If you request him to speak with your top dealer, then his reply is ITS YOUR DEALER, U SPEAK urself. If you asked for Price support then his reply DONT GIVE PRICE TO DEALER. If you ask for marketing support or promotion item then his reply WHO WILL PAY FOR THESE SUFF. Are india SBD management is blind. Why they're not analysing the reason for many people leaving SBD under ANIL AGARWAL. He will speak with your junior without your knowledge. And blame you completely. He is a worst RM I have seen in my entire career. HE DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE RM.

RSM of North East is one of the worst person ever seen , he has own business of it's own of Pantanjali and thinks Stanley is also his father Business and he is one of the great destroyer in the company only enjoying salary last 18 years. NSM and all Head are fool in this company. Outside india it's ok but in India those mawara is destroying the culture. Never try to join in North East. Every saturday is closed from HO but the Mewara RSM used to open the office. Every day RSM visit personal business after 2.30 pm, and destroy the office atmosphere every day he is good for nothing. He made the office as mawari gadda and his own father company.

The team members are good, but some people are by nature the ones who mess with others.

The salary they offer is not that good, any person with engineering holding and experience should get this salary not expected.
