Management at top level is no professional and have attitude problem. The company is not at all worth to make career. It's better to work somewhere else rather than wasting time. 24hrs surveillance under camera and you never know when you will get a call from MD that why are you standing or sitting there. School is much better than this workplace.

I Worked here for 8 Years and I am talking back about 2 years before my resignation in 2017, company was in very Excellent Developing stage, Independent Work and Personal Efforts were welcomed, that helps for personnel as well as Company Growth. There was unity of command and unity of direction.Everyone was satisfied at the end of the day, what he had done during shift hours.

Dislikes

I am talking about the present situation where there is a bunch of crooks at higher level management. Good work is never appreciated, but mistakes are highlighted over the command. I doesn't matters that what what u have done in shift hours, Your mistakes are being waited to pull down your self respect. Partiality is the culture and people at manager and above Seats, doesn't deserve what they are getting, they are failure at the Base.
