I Worked here for 8 Years and I am talking back about 2 years before my resignation in 2017, company was in very Excellent Developing stage, Independent Work and Personal Efforts were welcomed, that helps for personnel as well as Company Growth. There was unity of command and unity of direction.Everyone was satisfied at the end of the day, what he had done during shift hours.

Dislikes

I am talking about the present situation where there is a bunch of crooks at higher level management. Good work is never appreciated, but mistakes are highlighted over the command. I doesn't matters that what what u have done in shift hours, Your mistakes are being waited to pull down your self respect.
