I have been working with SCB GBS since 2010 and I must that it gives a great learning opportunity though compensation must improve to match with existing companies. Secondly, Manager/ boss culture need to be improvised though its quite subjective and individual attitude

There are a lot of learning opportunities if you find the right team

Dislikes

The pay is low, there is no growth- no hike, no promotion, for entire departments for years. There is a lot of work pressure and work hours are too long.

Dislikes

No hike. No recognition.. lots of partiality about staffs... If u highlight anything respective employee will b targetted and will b punished either by not giving hike or by putting them under PIP... Have undergone much and not voicing out anything to keep myself safe...
