No hike. No recognition.. lots of partiality about staffs... If u highlight anything respective employee will b targetted and will b punished either by not giving hike or by putting them under PIP... Have undergone much and not voicing out anything to keep myself safe...

Standard Chartered is definitely a great place to start and grow in your career. The Company offers a very good work life balance and it's culture is something you can look forward to!!

Hike/salary is very much low compared to market standards. Very less promotions and appraisals.

Joining salary is good work life balance is good partially remote job that is also good very less pressure of works

Too much internal politics, no option to grow your self , management is not able to stay with one plan randomly changing vendors and plan. No promotion no hike from last 3 years

...and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver. Salary for HR team like HD operations, Talent acquisition who are based in Banaglore and Chennai is very poor. No market correction for them. They had let go of top performers with the teams. The new leaders are not empathetic and it shows how company culture is shifting to biasness.

...hrough DSA and they got payout .Even everyone knowing very well integrity zero . Mohit sharma involved in drugs case L3 BAR and restaurant he is also still receiving salary .Literally i strongly never recommend .

JITENDRA MISHRA he is the owner his own DSA in SCB bank .His relative sharma brother employee of mishra proprietorship firm. I was left the bank he is only the reason even not only me i have 4name they are giving same feedback .And boss job security zero kbhi bhi kuch bhi ho skta
