Good environmet. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus everyday year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I don't liked anything. First thing is low salary compared to other's bank staff.

Low salary compared to other's bank staff. Since 8 June am continously going are office. My manager not allowed me to work from home. First they have make me promise i have to be learned another person desk so i did. Now my manager not allowed me are to work from home. I told him i will learn another department person work but not now after corona. But she is not agree.

Nothing. No single aspect is good in Standard chartered. I don't refer anyone to this company.

Dislikes

You cannot develop communication skills because everyone speaks only Tamil. 2) No work life Balance 3) The pay is very very low 4) No learnings and no option to gain knowledge.

There are a lot of learning opportunities if you find the right team

Dislikes

The pay is low, there is no growth- no hike, no promotion, for entire departments for years. There is a lot of work pressure and work hours are too long.

No hike. No recognition.. lots of partiality about staffs... If u highlight anything respective employee will b targetted and will b punished either by not giving hike or by putting them under PIP... Have undergone much and not voicing out anything to keep myself safe...
