Job Security might be the the only criteria, that too you never know if you can grow in the same team.

Growth is absolute nil, Salary portion, half of the times wont be getting any shift allowances and that makes a huge difference in the salary for those who are having low CTC, appraisal parameters are at worst, politics at its best, Work-Life Balance is absolute ZERO

...ompany is good but some departments are there which is worst like my department. Think before joining we all are ready to work but with proper pay with proper work balance etc, we are dying every single day.
