Too much internal politics, no option to grow your self , management is not able to stay with one plan randomly changing vendors and plan. No promotion no hike from last 3 years

Teamates doesnt help freshers they stay in their world only. No Appraisals and salary not competitive No work from home in these terrible situation . they want you to come to your base location but dont want you to come to office.

1 No increment cause they say my pay is above market level 2 Hard work has no value but buttering the manager and staying late in office has value 3 No compensation for working weekends 4 Very bad work culture 5 Everything is controlled from Chennai and Bangalore people have no value 6 They will pay you hike based on your work experience and current CTC and not depending on your effort or hard work 7 Some managers don't allow you to work from home but work from home for at least a month or 2 in total in a Year DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY

Dislikes

The pay is low, there is no growth- no hike, no promotion, for entire departments for years. There is a lot of work pressure and work hours are too long.
