Everything was very good..it's a good company to start your career with.. Helpful staff but it has a lot of work pressure which is good because it prepare us to work and survive in all circumstances...

Promotion were not there.. You can get a very good incentives but the basic salary is low..

Better work culture compare to other banks. Best medical facility. No caping on hospitalisation.

Low salary Good salary hike only who are good in buttering. No or very less scope for learning new things.

That they are a big brand globally and the compensation they provide is the best in the industry.

There are a pot of things but an important one would be that your line manager holds the key to your life and there is no way you can cross them and raise issues with them to any other person in organisation. Very linear and traditional hierarchy structure, for others do have a look at my rating parameters.

...hartered is good place to work but not good pay master. Work atmosphere is good. There is no salary growth as compare to market.

Relaxed working environment helped us to work efficiently and not under duress very friendly collegues and supportive staff really made us feel at home in the bank. Many training programs at five atar hotels made us interact with senior bosses in an informal environment.

Dislikes

Promotions and raise in salary was less. Individual efforts were not appreciated , it was always through your boss to be recognized.
