Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There are a lot of learning opportunities if you find the right team

Dislikes

The pay is low, there is no growth- no hike, no promotion, for entire departments for years. There is a lot of work pressure and work hours are too long.

I have ever seen a worst management in my whole work experience. Manager will never allow you to talk with anyone and spy on you if they find you talking to anyone from the same unit. I resigned as money is not the only factor that makes us work. They really speak badly about you in your absence.

Providing half information to their client, Blocking the money from cx account without there knowledge, not provide on immediate basis , back department is very very very slow in work, each is everything cx need to walk to branch in this Digital world plus ,Hardly 50 branchs all over India , SCB need to really work hard in all aspect and if above mention point not notice I can assure u SCB is closed in next 2 to 3 year
