As I shared my personal experience about my financial & career growth, absolutley there is zero(even I worked with good performance, here it's Departments wise politics are available in salary CTC ) because when I joined 2016 April - getting salary 12,000 per p.m and, at present 2023 April - getting salary 23,200 p.m. it totally I lost my life in standard chartered GBS, (No promotion, very less salary hike, technology wise are not update as of today). Kindly Note: I'm only my family financial support so that's I worked since last 7 years

Company is good for growth and the work culture is good. There is no pressure at work

Everything here is good except the salary. Even though there is growth in the company the pay is not as per the market standards.

Lot of politics... Always cost cutting and our salary never grows... Once you get a hike and the next year they will cut all allowance and again we are back to same salary... No women health issues are taken care or addressed if informed as well.
