I feel work culture, management, pay structure are good, I had seen many instances like people left the scb are willing to return to scb, here work life balance also very satisfied, no annoying bosses. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Politics are there every where not only in scb, biased towards few colleges also there. One big dislike in my view is, parents insurance, they are not offering parents insurance, family includes parents as well.

Likes

Better work culture compare to other banks. Best medical facility. No caping on hospitalisation.

Dislikes

Low salary Good salary hike only who are good in buttering. No or very less scope for learning new things.

Worst compensation. Bank is not good in its financial results. No work satisfaction here as this is a back end work for cost cutting

Dislikes

Bank treats ppl working here as cheap labour and mostly people are here for 15, 20 years. So we can expect bit lethargic for changes and its like government company. Now attrition rates are too high with pathetic compensations here

Good work life balance have opportunities to learn new technologies.health insurance is good.

Dislikes

Salary hikes will be low. Management doesn't understand the efforts on technical work as most of them are from non technical background. And there is not much budget for the team hence salary hikes will be low. Opportunities are there for learning new technologies so learn, gain experience and move out.

No hike. No recognition.. lots of partiality about staffs... If u highlight anything respective employee will b targetted and will b punished either by not giving hike or by putting them under PIP... Have undergone much and not voicing out anything to keep myself safe...
