Really standard and well maintained company. Workstation are really safe to work. They strictly follows the safety of the workers.

Dislikes

It's a good company for your growth and except employees everyone in the company they treat you as a labour even security also. There is no experience you will gain from there if you are working as a trainee. After completing one year they will definitely fire you or they will go any extend to get resigned by ourself.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
