Being a startup company, it brings innovation in the products & solutions, so it becomes easier to convince the customers for sales. Another plus point is the product team, which builds the product that your customer wants, that way BDM role is bit easier to navigate.

Dislikes

Work pressure on quarter ends are high, sometime it extends to 10 hours a day. Travel to other cities is a role demand. Alternate Saturdays work is a problem, that I don't like.
