...ool then be sure to be exploited.. Management has no concern for your problems.. School heads ask you to give 10percent of salary in cash return.. If neet Invigilation amount is 2200 then they will ask you to give back 1000. Management knows everything but has no good candidates to run their schools.They just want all students to dance and sing on Jesus songs.. Nothing else matters. They have the least fee in the town wherever they are located and they take only the most needy students admission so that they can be converted. Cbse Invigilation duty is give to many from school and outside but when they enter the cbse website they enter their own people names. So that money goes to their accounts and later school heads ask then to give that money iin cash. School management has made all feasibility to make this happen because no amount of complaining makes things better in outstation schools. School heads dont process resignation and blackmail that if resign then salary will not be given and they done give. It is true story that's why no one wants to work there for long time. There is no learning for teachers.. Cbse workshops also are not done.. There is no work life balance.. Sudden the will make u wait till 8 pm.. Only those people who don't jobs anywhere and who are pursuing b Ed come there to work.. and leave without experience letter and last month salary. Management enjoys this agony fo staff.. I wouldn't recomend anyone to work there.

They don’t have employer friendly policies. No pf, gratuity, maternal leave, no salary slips, take months to clear dues even after proper notice period. Professional growth is stagnant.

The school has good teachers who are hard working and dedicated. There are some perks like holidays and celebrations where the teachers are allowed to enjoy and the teachers are respected. The students are also well mannered and disciplined.

Dislikes

...better than other schools, but i was not given the position i was appointed for. And I was asked to leave without notice period or month's salary. No work ethics found and no stability in work.

...classroom, where the real work happens, is very vibrant, lively and full of joy. The pay scale is at par with government employees. Work hours 7:30 to 2pm

Dislikes

The work culture. Minimum formality is not respected. Boundaries are violated. There are some not so agreeable parts in the probationary contract which makes the security of the job questionable.
