Nothing.. adminstrator position keeps open in every 2-5 months..this is due to rude behaviour of top management.....expect employees to be present 24 hour in the school...no work life balance...very bad name of this school in school fraternity of gurgaon due to behaviour of top management..

No job security, very low pay masters, no respect for employees ..keep very less staff but expectations are very high from the employee 😔

...dmin..i got to learn many things and as to how and when to exhibit such roles .. but then the salary wasn't adequate and i was not sure about any growth relating to career.. the work environment was good..,friendly and cooperative. Teammates were excellent.. Thats all !

...Everything else was good about the workplace..but this one thing was miserable.. i never used to get my salary. On time.. i got a month's salary after working for 3-4months... And till today also...i didnt receive my pay for which i had laboured hard

They don’t have employer friendly policies. No pf, gratuity, maternal leave, no salary slips, take months to clear dues even after proper notice period. Professional growth is stagnant.

The school has good teachers who are hard working and dedicated. There are some perks like holidays and celebrations where the teachers are allowed to enjoy and the teachers are respected. The students are also well mannered and disciplined.

Dislikes

...better than other schools, but i was not given the position i was appointed for. And I was asked to leave without notice period or month's salary. No work ethics found and no stability in work.
