I'm Working about 4 years in this Institute, But Salary is Very Below & Working Pressure is Very High.

I was allowed to teach through whatsapp videos during Corona time . What I meant is they just wanted us to teach in the best way possible. They didn't compel to follow any systems for name sake.

Salary provided was bad. They extended probation period after one year saying BEd is not there but that was not told before. I'm from South and If I knew it , I wouldn't have joined there. other than salary I don't have any issues. I gained a lot of knowledge from there and got a good experience.

I have to study them in online and get the salary. But I want to explore my knowledge.. With my coding capability Thatswhy I choose something different.

I desire for more salary.. As it was part time but not sufficient for me

It is good to work in this organization just for the sake of timings because the shift timings are 7.30 to 1.30 for secondary teachers and aftrnoon shift for primary teachers

school gives u no job security, less pay scale, no work culture, rules keep on changing every now and then which are decided by management on their own, total missmanagement

They don’t have employer friendly policies. No pf, gratuity, maternal leave, no salary slips, take months to clear dues even after proper notice period. Professional growth is stagnant.
