Owner is nice person and progressive.

Dislikes

HR Rinkal is toxic, worked many years for the company, but she didn't even care while making laugh of my salary and cast.. She shout on every one in the office just to release her frustration. She influence senior management and supress junior staff.

My 2 years for working in St. Kabir Institute of professional studies. Everyday was a learning phase. All the employees were really cheerful and co-operative. All of them helps to build yourself beyond your expectations. Highly skilled seniors. Would really recommend for freshers if you need to learn multi tasking and in detail knowledge

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
