... 2 or 3 or 6 months. After then the boss decides whether one should stay or not. the salary is pathetic even low than that of a peon. In 2013 peon got rs.18000 per month. we as R.A. got Rs.10000 per month..we being so called educated class of people, having a bachelor/master/PhD degree. Plus no incentives or bonus for us.

Distance is too much to reach the campus. inside also to reach samadhan or chintan building we have to have our own vehicle or wait for the bus of IIM to come at certain time only. we are not informed beforehand by management that bus or jeep of IIM on saturdays or odd times will be available from somewhere else (not the usual pick-drop place). Also pay fees for transport-though minimal but still ..the mess is awful..like any other hostel mess..in gym trainers pay attention to professors and not to students or RA to guide them at gym properly. no option to work from home. only 2 holidays for 1.5 months for RA. the toilets are not clean. u can make out the filth collected on top floor near roof of building and behind closed doors of toilets.

Nothing good in this campus. I never wanted to live there. Cheap Mentality peoples are there.

Career Growth=000000000000000 Job Security=00000000000000000 Salary=depends on your face value politics=yaha se jyda kahi nhi hogi work environment=cheap people working there IIM Only a tag because of that i am here. Private se jayda bura haal hain yaha.

Heavy politics. Well deserving do not get positions. Lack of sensitivity towards employees. Poor and old-fashioned HR. Even well-performing employees eventually get depressed on account of rigidity and hierarchy. Efforts not being noticed. Looks good from outside, but very suffocate inside.

Some people are good Everyone in staff are equal Nice architecture and campus design Facilities provided were nice.

Bad work life balance. No office orders, they just change things the way they want to. Everything is confidential Hope they work on these points.
