...viour is also very pathetic as they do not give minimum respect to the teachers. Salary structure is very very poor. They never provide any appointment letter or experience letter, very few teachers got them after so much struggle.

The management gave gave separate room for counseling and respected my presence.

Dislikes

They didn't give much importance for my role that they didn't utilities my skills. They were not open minded about the problem faced by the students. They didn't involve me much into the school matters that should include a school counselor.
