Likes

The job security is not up to mark and zero chance of career growth and opportunities. Management's behaviour is also very pathetic as they do not give minimum respect to the teachers. Salary structure is very very poor. They never provide any appointment letter or experience letter, very few teachers got them after so much struggle.

The management gave gave separate room for counseling and respected my presence.

Dislikes

They didn't give much importance for my role that they didn't utilities my skills. They were not open minded about the problem faced by the students. They didn't involve me much into the school matters that should include a school counselor.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
