Nothing literally everything is Fraud. Company is fooling around and taking money from the client and not providing and authenticated service

Salary Issue Never get complete salary. There will always be a deduction which make no sense. Hopeless and unprofessional people and management. No leave approvals. No understanding. No work life balance. No week off ( 6 working days with no fixed timing and fixed week off , sometimes you have to work like a donkey.) The ompany just treats you like a slave not like a human being. Every employee in this company is depressed and want to leave. No work culture. No work motivation. Entire work is a cyber criminal offence. The company policies changes every month. No job security. All managers come and go according to there own will. It's a fraudulent family business on the name of startup and entrepreneurship. Pathetic Company I have every seen in my career. They will start harassing you once you leave the company without any notice period. Even if you are Right and you Speak for yourself, standout for right thing ...still they will harras you and mental Torture with work burden. None of the new employee stays more then few months in this company.

There are always opportunities to expand your skill set, and I have personally benefited from learning several new skills and gaining valuable experience at my workplace. Our company has fostered a positive work culture where employees feel secure and are encouraged to continuously improve their skills. I appreciate the cooperative work environment, as well as the support provided by our managers and top management in helping achieve both personal and professional goals. Job security is also a major plus, as I have been with SSSI for over 2 years. What sets SSSI apart is its commitment to employee satisfaction through a healthy work-life balance and monthly meetings where management actively seeks feedback on any challenges or issues faced by employees.
