Before april SSP was a good company with good compensation and work life balance. Staff was good and supportive.

Dislikes

Volaris acquired ssp in march/april. After that there is no job security and not enough work. So, people started feeling redundant and lots of techies left the organization.

Ssp is acquired by Volaris and their is no job security. They are laying off 200+ people. Top management is skillless and they know that every language is same and you can work anywhere. They switched my 10+ project in 1 year.

Never expected this worst experience during the joining. False commitments by management. Very terrible situation in NOC/MAS due to unprofessional team lead and manager. No employee care and benefit. No WFH even in pandaemic or if tested positive.
