...n by specific group of Founders/MD. Each Department head is their family member. Salary are comparable to Labour and is minimum wage. After 2 years also it'd be a minimal increment of 3-4k on monthly salary per year. No growth scope at all!! There is very less work, people are nice, it's overall chill scene. But you gotta grow in career not to waste your precious time like you did uptil now to land here. Work hard and become deserving!!

...e doing good. major issues are like NO skill development No employee wellbeing Getting less compensation and increments. Poor management. Lack of leadership

Less recommandation and lack of recogination. Office politics, Less chance for growth, less learning. Too much Favouratism when it comes to performance rating. Reporting issues. Too much negativity.

Pay structure is little low compare to market standards, also you got less opportunity to climb the corporate ladder

Moderated and even-keeled management with an inclusive mentality. Basic training and job related training is par-excellent and their are opportunities to interact with industry leaders and experts in the manufacturing and engineering solutions fields.

Dislikes

1) Strong dislike for change. 2) Some superiors do not respond positively to suggestions or ideas from subordinates. 3) Some processes and methodologies lag behind industry, causing delays which could have otherwise been avoided. 4) General disassociation in lines of communication. 5) Work flow and follow ups are slow leading to a very last-minute panic oriented work environment.
