Totally work atmosphere is balanced, No need to worry about the career because there is scope for learning. Excellent management is backbone of the company, in my experiance in this company is totally good.

Very Few good men left here.. Management is fine but middle management is like a virus.. HR is the most worst corrupt dumb man collects money from new joiners 20k and for getting relieved he demands 10 to 20k for verification at time of enquiry. Coming to procurement nothing is given on time and if arrives right thing never arrives due corrupt purchase guys. System will definitely change in future when the day HR and Procurement team changes... God only save new joiners.
