Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. This firm is very bad. I wanted to rate it zero. Sycophants are very well promoted here. Pay structure is very bad. A Chartered accountant more than 5 years of experience earns equivalent to Chartered accountant fresher. There is nothing to like in this firm.

Dislikes

...istants are pretty much oversmart and uncouth. Employees play a lot of politics. People who are good at buttering can survive here without any increment in salary. Advice- If you are Chartered accountant then please don't work here. Work here only if as a chartered accountant you feel that youare not capable enough. Don't spoil your career working here after achieving a renowned degree.
